I've got Photoshop! On this new computer! ^__^
It's great; there's a whole lot of effects I can use, and that background took me only half a minute or so. :3 Plus the different paint brushes. I have leaves. And stems of grass. <3 They'll come in handy.

The smudgy effects over top are really good.
Maybe you should change the colour of the skin outline, though? Black always stands out. xD
